Insurance:

We do not offer added insurance to orders if it does not come with the shipping method.

Domestic Payment Terms:
1) Net 30 (For approved credit clients only)
2) COD [Will Call Pick up Only] Cash, Company Check, or Money Order. CC or MO will have $12.90 added to shipping total.
3) Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

International Payment Terms:
1) Wire Transfer only.

Shipping Policy:
All accounts in good standing will be shipped on the dates specified.  If for any reason we cannot ship the order 100% by the due date, for your convenience, we will automatically back order the balance unless requested to cancel the back orders. If orders are received and paid before noon PST they can be shipped same day. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee & shipping charges.

Returns & Allowances:
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Un-authorized returns may be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge.  All valid claims of any shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be handled and corrected promptly, to your complete satisfaction.  All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
